The joys of being a mom

(This happened a few nights ago).
Time: must have been around 3:00am.
Me: (putting my arms around my sound asleep baby) 'Ashar, Baat suno' (translation: 'Hey Ashar, listen..')
Ashar: (I wasn't expecting he would say anything in his deep sleep) 'Kya'? (translation: 'What'?)
Me: 'I love you, Ash'.
Ashar: (Still asleep) 'I love you...mamma'.

I melted like butter melts in the microwave.
